General Comment
I first ordered these gloves in my size, and, when they came, they were too small – so add one to your size before ordering. Once I’d got gloves that fit, I was really happy with them. They’re comfortable and touchscreen compatible which is very handy, and they also have silicon grip-pads (irritatingly in the shape of snowflakes).
My main issue with these is that they aren’t fully waterproof. In fairness to the manufacturer, they do mention that the seams may leak – and they do. The fabric these are made from does a very good job, but after a long, wet hike your hands will be soggy. This isn’t really too big an issue in itself, they keep my hands warm wet or dry, but they are very difficult to dry out on the inside.
Included

As well as the gloves, they come in a ziploc-type bag which would be excellent as a (free) drybag – but it has holes in it, which is a pity. They also include a 12-month guarantee from the manufacturer and various instructions for use – but come on, they’re gloves.
Use
These gloves are fairly thin, so it is easy to use your hands when wearing them. They are soft and so don’t cause problems with using a map and compass or with basic things. For, say pitching a tent or cooking, you will need to take them off. They have an excellent elasticated wrist, and are easy to put on and take off – and their touchscreen compatibility is a huge plus.
Quality

For the most part, these gloves are well-made and tough but, as I have mentioned, their sizes are a little smaller than expected (so order one size larger), and they are not fully waterproof. On the too-small pair I ordered, one of the seams showed signs of splitting (see right) even before any use, but I’ve had no problems with my larger pair – I’m sure this is just a one-off and Aegend would replace it.
